Diana Zubiri Movie Scandal

The voices of your conscience

Angelus Novus - Paul Klee

(Thanks to Joachim and Marta)

The good news is, I believe - the number one bestseller in the last edition of Sant Jordi has been Indignaos! , an argument against the indifference written by Stéphane Hessel. Indignaos! thus by exclamation marks.

Hessel, 93, who was a member of the French Resistance, a survivor of a concentration camp, a militant pro-independence Algerian defender of the Palestinian cause and editor of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights 1948, surprised by the widespread indifference and apathy ("indifference is the worst attitude," he says), how they are destroying the planet while doing nothing to prevent it, by how we immunized against war and injustice, by how we swallow films that tell the media, by how we've stopped questioning things, how to accept the dictatorship of the markets, how desensitized we compared the treatment of immigrants or how we bowed our heads and do nothing-nothing-until we play our small-growing small-parcel of being. But, as positive and optimistic, and still believe in human beings, we are invited, WE URGE-to outrage. The outrage and then to act. Then, as he says in his book, one of the essential components of human beings is "the power of outrage and commitment to the next."

Along the same lines are the work of the President of Justice and Peace, Arcadi Oliveras (which recently posted a video in the post " Nothing human is alien to me ") or the assistant director of Triodos Bank, Joan melee in the video below, try to answer to the question "why not react?".

"We are all cause and effect of what happens (...) If each of us does our bit for improve things, at a time, things would be totally different, "says Dr. Mario Alonso Puig in his book Living is an urgent matter. "Let's take a step forward, albeit very small, do something, one call, take a small decision, although not perfect. Distress paralyzes us or invites us to flee. Therefore it is very important to move, do something, take a step forward. A simple movement carries a powerful message to our brain, "I can." It's a shame because there are so many people who think they can do so little that is worthwhile, there are so many people who do nothing . "

The good news is that there are voices you talk, you push from the center of your heart, from the very core of your consciousness. Do you hear?
