Given the facts in consideration, our organization decided to initiate a new process of mobilization amounting to run during the month of March, starting on Friday 11th instant with a day of Black Day Care Primary, following on Friday 18 with a day of awareness to users and users of municipal health facilities. Both sessions were fully satisfactory achieving broad levels of participation across the country. Even so, until the moment of delivery of this Declaration, the Ministry of Health continues its stance of refusing to dialogue with the organization and the municipal health workers.
Because of this, our organization decides to continue climbing in the process of demonstrations calling for their bases to a National Protest the workers of the Municipal Primary to be held next Friday, 25 of the current throughout the country.
For CONFUSAM is quite concerned about the behavior assumed by the authorities of the Ministry of Health in order to close all doors to dialogue with the representatives and CONFUSAM on what would constitute a "punishment" to one of the organizations taking strong mobilization process late last year to demand a decent salary adjustments, and out situation in the public domain, extremely upset the owner of the portfolio of Health, Jaime MaƱalich.
arouses greater concern that, before CONFUSAM letter from the Minister of Health requesting a meeting to assess progress in the agreements signed, we respond Nibaldo Mora, Chief of Staff to the Undersecretary of Assistance Networks on the grounds that the portfolio would be analyzing the agreements with our organization with the Association of Municipalities, the fact that, in conversations with representatives of the organization was denied because, within weeks they met the letter, the Ministry of Health has not convened any meeting of the Association of Municipalities, and realizing that someone in the Ministry of Health is untruthfully, extremely serious situation and only contributes to a more belligerent mood. Our organization
publicly reiterated his stance in favor of dialogue and solution civilized conflict and calls upon the Government, beyond the legitimate differences with the CONFUSAM, build the conditions for a dialogue to resolve the most reasonable way possible the ongoing conflict.
