Does Free Ones Have Viruses

The illusion of control

few months ago I autoregalé therapy called Abhyanga Ayurvedic-Yoga (abhyanga-yoga@gmail.com), body work characterized by action from the deeper muscles, with the objective to discover and release the tensions that accumulate in the body. This is done using yoga postures and massage, and put the attention on the breath. The work seemed interesting, not only because I felt good at the body - who does not like a massage? - but also because it allowed me to discover how it works, sometimes my body and therefore my mind.

So, I realized that when I think something will hurt or could get to hurting, the reaction of my body is getting uptight. Because, for some reason, strained relationship with control and control to avoid pain. Curious, no?
However, this work allowed me to discover that this chain of actions is not-for-nothing right and, conversely, if it hurts, the pain increased tension, trying to control I only get obsessed with it. This discovery shocked me even more surprised but I recognize that mentally, I do the same. When a situation scares me, I try to control and attempting to control, I get obsessed with it and increase, increases, the extension cable.

Paksha I asked the therapist how he could get out of there, how he could stop tightening of control. The response was encouraging in its simplicity: "Breathing, Elena. Breathing and trusting. "

Breathing connects us to the present, with life, with the assurance that things happen always, ALWAYS, and when the right way.

remember Today I again thank you, do not laugh-a Kung Fu Panda and thanks to the jasmine on my terrace, finally ... has flourished.
